ENVIRONNEMENT
  • La Direction des Systèmes d'Information de SGCIB a pour responsabilité, au plan mondial, de fournir aux lignes métiers et aux fonctions support de SG CIB, l'ensemble des moyens informatiques nécessaires à leur fonctionnement, à des conditions compétitives en termes de standards technologiques, de qualité de service et de coûts.
  • Vous rejoignez plus précisément l’équipe « smart sourcing » en charge de toutes les activités touchant aux ressources pour le compte des équipes informatiques du département.

MISSION

Dans le cadre de cette alternance, vous participez aux missions suivantes :
  • Supervision du staff plan (plan de croissance des ressources)
  • Gestion des déménagements, des absences (gestion administrative des ressources)
  • Gestion de la formation des collaborateurs
  • Gestion des vendeurs de prestation intellectuelle (P2I)
  • Exécution du sourcing : accompagnement des managers dans la définition de la composition de leurs équipes (équilibre et optimisation entre externe et interne notamment)


L’alternant sera amené à travailler sur tout ou partie de ces sujets, en particulier :
  • Tests de mise en place de nouvelles fonctions autour de l’application qui gère le staff plan
  • Collecte des besoins en matière de formation
  • Aide de l’équipe Sourcing execution dans la mise en place et le suivi de contrats ATG (Assistance Technique Groupée) avec les clients internes
  • Aide de l’équipe Vendors management pour mettre en place la nouvelle base de données constitutive d’un référentiel de gestion des fournisseurs

PROFIL
  • Vous préparez un Bac +2/3 avec une spécialité en Assistant Manager, RH ou Gestion et recherchez une alternance. Par ailleurs, vous maîtrisez les outils du Pack Office et votre niveau d’anglais est opérationnel.

The role: Information Security Engineer
  • There's no such thing as a "safe system" - only safer systems. Our Security team works to create and maintain the safest operating environment for Google's users and developers. As a Security Engineer, you help protect network boundaries, keep computer systems and network devices hardened against attacks and provide security services to protect highly sensitive data like passwords and customer information. Security Engineers work hands-on with network equipment and actively monitor our systems for attacks and intrusions. You also work with software engineers to proactively identify and fix security flaws and vulnerabilities.
  • You use your industry experience to own and drive the resolution of complex security incidents, policy questions and technical security issues.

Responsibilities
  • Perform security code audits and design reviews.
  • Develop technical solutions to help mitigate security vulnerabilities.
  • Evangelize security and secure coding practices throughout Google.
  • Conduct research to identify new attack vectors against Google's products and services.

Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS in Computer Science (In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience.).

Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant work experience in application-level vulnerability testing and code-level security auditing, as well as experience in web application security and software development experience in C++ or Java.
  • Strong foundation in and in-depth technical knowledge of security engineering, computer and network security, authentication and security protocols and applied cryptography.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong self motivation and orientation toward results.
