focus on two of the BAO Competency areas:

ENTERPRISE INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
- Enterprise Information Management (EIM) will apply the methods, techniques and technologies that address data architecture, extraction, transformation, movement, storage, integration and governance of enterprise information and master data.

Business
Intelligence & Performance Management
- The objective of Business Intelligence and Performance Management (BI) is to improve decision-making, productivity and efficiency through an environment where relevant, actionable, accurate and timely information is provided to monitor and improve performance.
The key BI
offerings include:
- Dashboards and Scorecards
- Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting
- Business Analytics and Reporting
The Industry
Data Warehouse Consultant will leverage their consulting and expertise to
engage with clients and:
- Assist with the understanding and definition of the business problem and challenges.
- Define and communicate compelling BI solution strategies and business cases.
- Establish program governance and management functions.
- Deliver solutions that embrace people, process, data and technology to realise the strategic outcomes.
THIS CANDIDATE MUST BE
- Comfortable working independently to understand complex BI client challenges.
- Passionate about taking the client on the journey of an end-to-end solution delivery.
- An BI SME with a consulting background and experience and expertise in delivering outstanding client outcomes.
- An ambitious BI solution architect, technical architect, project manager and/or consultant looking to join our leading BAO team, work on large and complex client engagements and ready to take their career to the next level.
- To assist this phase of rapid expansion, we seek a range of BAO consultants, and each specific role will be defined by the expertise, experience and ambition of each candidate.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
- Tier 1 or 2 consultancy experience is highly regarded.
- Data Warehouse subject matter expertise with a background in BI consulting, project management and/or solutions architecture.
- Demonstrated track record of a combination of:
- Developing and managing enduring client relationships
- Defining and delivering BI solution strategies
- Defining, planning and delivering successful client outcomes
- Project managing end-to-end client engagements
- Information Management and/or BI architecture experience
- An ability to work autonomously and leverage world’s best-practice methods, standards and IP.
REQUIRED
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 8 years experience in Data Warehouse subject matter expertise with a background in BI consulting, project management and/or solutions architecture.
- At least 5 years experience in Information Management and/or BI architecture experience
- At least 3 years experience in Defining and delivering BI solution strategies
