become available for a Zone HR Manager with Boart Longyear Drilling
Service in French West Africa (Mali).
The Company

excellent opportunity has become available for suitably qualified candidates to
join the Boart Longyear Drilling Service TEAM in French West Africa.
Summary of
Responsibilities
Provide leadership for Talent
Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Performance
Development, Organizational Effectiveness, and Culture. Serve as key HR contact
and partner to drive objectives and program implementation. The role includes
multi-site responsibility for both field and administrative
Position
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead proactive “Employer of Choice” initiatives for recruiting, employee motivation, positive work environment, and retention.
- Build and maintain operational metrics for headcount, attrition, labor costs, overtime analysis, and other projects, as required.
- Manage and coordinate annual evaluation and wage increase process. Track increases by cost center and match to annual wage increase budgets.
- Manage and coordinate annual PDM (Performance) and OCR (Succession Planning) processes.
- Assist supervisors and EHS personnel in recruiting efforts.
- Partner with management regarding all matters of compliance and disciplinary actions. Oversee, interpret, and administer company policies, workplace procedures, and government regulations.
Profil recherché
- Fluency in English

- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 7 years business operations experience.
- Frequent travel may be required.
- Strong analytical and project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Aptitude for solving problems.
- Excellent communication skills -- written and verbal.
- Operate within organizational matrix.
- Comfortable with MS Office tools.
